Stacy Elizabeth Beshear, who was arrested on 18th of September after she pulled up to Luke Walton’s car and pretended to fire gunshots at him with her hand, has been charged with stalking. Luke Walton is Los Angeles Lakers forward.

Stacy Elizabeth Beshear is 34 years old. She had pleaded for not being guilty to a misdemeanor count of stalking. Misdemeanor is an offence for which a guilt person cannot be sentenced for more than a year. Six dates for trial on this case has been fixed in November. If she is found guilty, she may be imprisoned for up to one year.

Walton claimed Beshear ha been harassing him since last year. In one of the incidents, she waited outside his Manhattan Beach home and wrote in his car with a marker. This happened after he refused to give her an autograph. Stacy Elizabeth Beshear pulled up to Walton’s house and started yelling at him after she fired a fake gun.
