Congress rejects a $700 Billion Bailout plan
The Wall Street rescue plan is at risk after the controversial $700 billion financial bailout plan has been rejected by congress. The rejection of this bill is expected to destroy American economy.
The bill required 218 votes to pass. Only 206 votes where in its support whereas 227 voted against this bill.
